Meet Bailey Duke
Bailey Duke began her legal career as a litigator at one of the Midwest’s largest and most prestigious law firms, where she defended Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes, complex litigation ranging from white-collar criminal matters to wrongful death cases.
After years in litigation, Bailey saw firsthand the significant toll lawsuits and mounting legal fees can take on a business. Driven by a desire to better protect her clients, she transitioned into an in-house counsel role—where she could safeguard companies from the inside out.
Bailey focuses on proactive, practical legal support by ensuring sound policies are in place and followed, business operations are streamlined, corporate and regulatory requirements are met, employees are properly trained, and employment practices are thoroughly documented and consistently applied.
A businessperson at her core, Bailey believes it is not a lawyer’s job to simply say “no.” Instead, her role is to help clients accomplish their goals—strategically, legally, and compliantly.
Coming from humble beginnings, Bailey grew up in rural Montana and was the first person in her family to earn a college degree. That background shaped her deep respect for hard work and the value of money.
